Who is responsible

América Consulta, based in Guatemala City, is responsible for the personal data you share with us through this site, by email or by WhatsApp. For any matter related to your data, write to contacto@americaconsulta.com or call +502 2233-9356.

What data we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, company, role, email and, if you add it, your message. Also anything you share with us directly by email or WhatsApp.

This site uses no tracking cookies or advertising tools. To display its typefaces, the page loads them from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers. Our hosting provider may log technical visit data, such as your IP address, for security reasons.

How we use it

• To answer your request.
• To prepare a proposal, if you ask for one.
• To follow up on that request in a reasonable way.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for purposes other than those described here.

Who we share it with

Only with the engineering team we work with in alliance, when needed to prepare or deliver a proposal for your company, and always under confidentiality. We may also share it when a competent authority requires it by law.

How long we keep it

For as long as there is a conversation or a business relationship with your company, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to contacto@americaconsulta.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Use of artificial intelligence

We use artificial intelligence tools in our work, always with human review. We do not enter your company’s confidential information into tools without enterprise confidentiality terms.

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
